  Slow-roasted Norfolk turkey with all the traditional trimmings: roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, honey-glazed parsnips, seasonal vegetables & rich gravy.

  Roasted vegetable tart with vegan trimmings, roast potatoes, honey-glazed parsnips, seasonal vegetables & vegan gravy.

  Marsh-fed Welsh lamb, braised for 8 hours. Served on creamy mashed potatoes, with seasonal heritage vegetables in a rich red wine jus.
